Right chemistry, every heat
Spectrometer and CE analysis before pouring, micro image analysis after. If a heat is not right, it does not leave the furnace.

Pattern design, melting, moulding, testing, machining and powder coating all happen in our own plant.
Ferro Tech Alloys was set up to make grey and SG iron castings that meet the drawing every time, from one heat and one order to the next.
So we invested early in the parts of a foundry that buyers rarely see: an Inductotherm double-crucible furnace for stable melting, a high-pressure moulding line for consistent moulds, an automated sand plant with reclamation, and a laboratory that checks chemistry, microstructure, hardness and sand properties every day. Around that core we built a machine shop and powder coating plant so customers can receive finished, fit-ready components from a single supplier.
Today we serve the power, automotive and tractor, and bearing industries, and we sell complete pillow block bearings under our own HBT brand.
IN-STREAM INOCULATION Controlled at the pour
Sized for steady production programmes, with the flexibility of two moulding lines for different box sizes and batch quantities.
Spectrometer and CE analysis before pouring, micro image analysis after. If a heat is not right, it does not leave the furnace.
High-pressure moulding, shooter-made cores and a controlled sand system mean part number 5,000 matches part number one.
One team runs pattern design, the foundry, machining and coating, so one company is responsible for the finished part.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, covering enquiry review, pattern development, process control, inspection and dispatch.
