Planned together
Machining allowance and datums are designed into the pattern from the start.

Cast, machined and powder coated in one plant. Castings move from fettling straight to our CNC, VMC and SPM lines, then to coating, with no second supplier involved.
Splitting casting and machining between suppliers adds transport, lead time and arguments about who caused a defect. Machining in-house means we plan datums, machining allowances and fixturing together with the pattern.
Finished parts are inspected, powder coated if required and packed ready for your assembly line.
Machining allowance and datums are designed into the pattern from the start.
No transport between foundry and machine shop, and one production schedule.
One supplier owns the casting quality, the machining and the finish.
